Updating a node

When a new version of the Meshtastic firmware comes out and you want to update to it, the easiest way is through the Meshtastic Web Flasher.

Steps:

1. Back up your node config
2. Navigate to the web flasher page
3. Plug in your device
4. Click “Select Target Device” and pick your device from the list.
5. Select the firmware you want to install, generally it is a good idea to pick the most recent Stable version
6. Follow the instructions for your specific device
